Home Information Packs (HIPs)

elettings.net are able to arrange Home Information Packs for any property, regardless of whether your property is being marketed with elettings. Home Information Packs are from £275 + VAT and in most cases can be completed within a 10 working day period. For marketing purposes a 'Skinny HIP' can be provided wihtin a 48 hour period. Marketing of a property can commence upon receipt of a 'Skinny HIP'.
